Very informative, amazing can pull all the strings to find out anything you need on a house. If he can't he knows someone who can. He has everyone lined up for you about loans as well. He's definitely on the ball!

Dave is hands-down, the best realtor my husband and I have ever worked with… Having bought several houses in the past, I thought I knew to expect from a good realtor but Dave has far exceeded our expectations. He is truly dedicated to helping his clients find the best house for them. For example, we were under contact with the house and had some concerns; Dave recommended that if we’re not comfortable, we walk away making our happiness his greatest concern. He was there every step of the way; is respectful/professional; communicates effectively and promptly. Don’t settle for any less than Dave when buying in the are.

I am really glad I found Dave Rotundo!I was extremely nervous and had many fears as I began my search to buy a new home. I had never been through the process before and did not know what to expect. To say that Dave has been patient and positive with me does not even begin to describe the relationship he has built. Through every step Dave’s enthusiasm and obvious love for his job have been present.
