I called in another company and they weren't able to help repair our system because it is an odd duck/unicorn kind of system. They told me to call NEHAC. I did and, in spite of being a new customer, they were able to get a tech to my house that same afternoon....and Shane actually had the right part to get us back up and running! When the temps were to get down to 22 degrees, I was resigned to freezing my patootie off until the part could be ordered and arrive. Thankfully, we are all snug as bugs in a rug tonight! Thanks so much!

A HUGE shout out to Wyatt and Luke for their installation of a Mitsubishi Ductless Mini Split System at my home! I couldn’t ask for a better job and professionalism!!!
