Ron and Rob replaced our furnace over the weekend and i cannot express enough how professional they were! Very efficient and Clean! Also want to say how helpful Lynn at the office was with the all the paperwork and making the process as easy as possible!
This will be a long, but hopefully helpful review. The bottom line is that R & M is top notch and we are very happy to have gone with them for the replacement of our two heat pump units.After having a number of problems with the two heat pumps over the course of about a year and a half, and given that the units were both about 17 years old, we decided to have both units replaced. I contacted four companies that dealt in top quality HVAC equipment (Trane and Carrier) for price quotes. Two of the companies sent technicians who simply took a look at the current units and based their quotes on similar units. We received 3 quotes to replace our furnace. R & M was by far the most common-sense of the bunch. While the other 2 companies sent quotes with the highest price options in their lines (with zero explanation), R & M gave us a wide range of options (5) and thoroughly explained what was happening with out current unit, in-person. They were the only company to show us the problem(s) and explain the options.Service: Heating system installation
