Our house and roof had damage from a freezing rain ice storm. My husband and I had never gone through anything like this before. First there is mitigation and then rebuild. During this time you have no idea how things will turn out or even when things will turn out. It takes time and patience. We were introduced to Vintage roofing through this tragedy. No wonder this company was used through the rebuild process. This was a scary time in our lives and Vintage Roofing came through with their kindness, patience explaining to us in detail each step along the way, knowledge on how to fix the problem and then have the confidence fixing it. We wish we would have known about them before this Mother Nature occurrence happened. We would have definitely used Vintage Roofing. We highly recommend them. They are honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend Jacob and Vintage Roof. Professional, patient, and thorough, they worked with my insurance company to seamlessly get my claim approved. Jacob followed up at every step of the process through completion, and whenever I had an issue, he addressed it promptly and made sure it was corrected.

Eddie and his team at Vintage Roofing were genuinely great to work with. From the start, he explained what the process would look like and kept our expectations clear the whole way through. Everything went exactly the way he said it would, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The crew showed up early, worked hard, and handled the whole project with so much professionalism. They were friendly, respectful, and made something that could have been stressful feel really easy. Our roof looks amazing, and we’re so happy with the quality of the work.
