Gorman Construction does not practice safe construction measures. Today Gorman Construction was picking up/delivering a large piece of construction equipment to the Residential jobsite entrance at the entrance of the Regions Plaza Building (1217 Spring Street) during the midday lunch hours (Approximately 1:20PM). The driver COMPLETELY blocked the parking entrance which is used by several patrons to the Regions Plaza building. There were no flaggers/signs indicating that drivers would be approaching construction work. They did not have cones and or a police officer to indicate that the lane was blocked and impassable.
