If your form is not right, you don't get the benefits, and she makes sure to correct my form so I do the exercises correctly. If you are a private client, she will tailor the session exactly to your needs so you can progress and improve. She is very calm and when I get frustrated she does not take it personally. She has the perfect personality, training, and experience to do this job. I believe she this is her "calling".“
