I love Club Pilates Avalon! Every instructor is amazing at what they do. They're so nice and get to know you by name. Every class is different, so you won't get bored of doing the same workouts over and over. If you have injuries they can make modifications for you during class. I like the variety of classes and levels that they offer. Love the location. They have a wide range of hours so you can take a class early in the morning or later in the evening. It's super convenient for my schedule.

I enjoyed my Pilates class with Mia today, as usual. She is an awesome fitness teacher, one of the best ones out there. Her expertise and the way she explains every move is very detailed and top-notch!

I love Club Pilates. Been here about 2.5 years and no longer need the chiro! Elaine is incredible! Fun class and she provides a challenge, but can meet everyone where they are! Mia is absolutely incredible at cueing to get the proper form and muscles. I use her cues when I lift weights and other activities outside of Pilates too!
