“I've been going here for years about once every 4-6 weeks, and don't plan on changing that any time soon!! I never have any issues scheduling services, and you can always request a specific esthetician and try to get on their schedule if it works with yours. I think they also take walk ins if you are spontaneous like that, but I have always scheduled my appointments ahead of time. I want to give a special shoutout to Jo and Luci who I always try to see because they are simply the best! The lobby and service rooms are so clean and organized, and I love the authentic, high quality wax they use. My skin has never had a bad reaction to it.“

“I had lip filler done by nurse Thao Nguyen 2 weeks ago and I am in love with my results! Finding the office was very easy. There's a parking deck behind the office which you park at and be sure to take the ticket with you because they validate parking. The office is located on the 6th floor. I walked in 15 minutes before my appointment time and the front desk receptionist immediately greeted me and put me in the room. Nurse Thao came by a few minutes later and introduced herself and we talked about what I wanted to achieve. She was very nice and listened to me and recommended we do a full syringe of RHA 3 in my lips since I had previously had that a few years ago. She did such a terrific job and was very gentle and caring. I barely felt any pain! I also received 10 units of free Botox since they had a special happening in the month of May. At the end of my visit I barely had any bruising which was great. It has been 2 weeks since I received the filler and Botox and I'm very happy with my results. The staff was so so friendly and nurse Thao even texted me the next day to ask how I'm doing! They also emailed me post care instructions and scheduled a 2 week follow up to check in with me. I am so pleased with everything and I will absolutely be recommending Ellemes Med Spa and nurse Thao to all my friends.“
