“I had a wonderful experience with Fitzgerald Plumbing! I did not have an emergency with my tankless water heater so I told them there was absolutely no rush to come service the unit. They had a few emergency’s throughout the week but they kept in contact with me to inform me of the situation and that they did not forget about me.
The two gentlemen came to service my tankless water heater and they were on time and very knowledgeable!! They didn’t try to upsell me new products or do maintenance that was not needed. They fixed the problem and were very knowledgeable. Definitely worth the wait and will be using them again for my future plumbing needs.“

Honesty and trust are important, and I was pleased that Troy never tried to upsell us - he was forthright when he thought something was fine and should be left as-is. And when he thought something needed to be addressed, he gave us options for us to consider (such as a minor rebuild, major rebuild, or replacement). They replaced a bathroom sink faucet, repaired a leak in my shower, and replaced a toilet. They took the old toilet away for me and all the packaging trash, and were even careful not to spill toilet water on the floor when transporting the old one outside. “Went shopping for a hot tub and wow did I get a hot tub. My 180XD Swim Spa is wonderful. My experience with Browns Pools and Spas in Newnan was great. Starting with Brandi our sales rep or spa wizard who walked us through the Bullfrog spa system, the interchangeable jets, the plumbing system, the low maintenance water care system, and so many other things. After purchasing our Spa we were given a 5 week delivery date which to our delight turned into a 3 week delivery. We had our concrete poured but could not get our electrician out so in steps John from Browns. I cant say enough about John. He was punctual, efficient, and definitely knew his job. He stayed until they delivered the spa: hooked it up and helped them get it in place. He was actually the last person to leave. Hats off to John. The delivery guys were worried about tearing up the yard as it had been raining for several days. The concrete people had already torn it up so what could be worse. Surprisingly the guys put down boards and used a rolling system to move the spa in place and actually packed the ground that the concrete people tore up. All in all I am satisfied with the swim spa. (Brandi has walked me through several things) and am definitely satisfied with the delivery and set up. I would definitely recommend Browns Pools and Spas in Newnan, Ga if you are looking for a hot tub or a swim spa.“
