“As the weather here in Ga has been crazy over the past few days I had a busted water pipe. Not having dealt with this company before and unsure of what to expect I had a great service rep who looked at what I had going on and gave me quite a few options to help me get my problem fixed and back to having water again. As any service rep they are to look to make money for the company (as it should be so they can stay in business) but my service rep, David Pike, not only was looking after the company but also looked after helping the customer (me) get the best possible solution to get me up and going again.
