Top notch experience from start to finish. Replaced complete Lennox unit at our office facility when original 30-year-old Lennox unit finally gave out. The initial meeting with design engineer was very thorough and Jay made sure I understood what was needed. Their price was very competitive with other bids. Install team arrived early and finished the same day. Everyone working on the job was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Took great care of our facility during installation. Finished product looks and works great. Would highly recommend this company.

My old zoned thermostat system failed and there was not an easy replacement. Spencer Air was recommend on our Next Door app. They came out and spent a considerable amount of time understanding and researching my 30 year old system and looking for possible solutions. The service manager got involved. I felt that they were treating my problem as their own. Professional, Timely, Good Value and Honest.
