Jacob from Vis Viva (HVAC) just left our home having completed warranty work on a small heater in the water heater room off our patio. It seems our heater was never connected and the ground wire was unattached. Jacob was efficient, friendly and communicative during his work. As a result of his work, the heater came on as it should. Jacob reiterated the necessity of the correct heater setting (despite our Beazer site contact setting it differently). This is the second time Jacob has been in our home; the air exchange unit in the guest bath wasn’t connected either.
