As with everything, inspections have raised in prices dramatically and I experienced a bit of sticker shock when shopping around. Inspectics stood out to me as they were at the middle of the range with a more professional presentation, as well as some additional perks (from their marketing affiliates). The inspector, Fedor, was friendly, thorough, and clear in his explanations. I would highly recommend the company simply on his behalf. Fedor is phenomenal. Spending hours to ensure the radon mitigation work was effective, he then piped the air pulled from below our foundation, out and up the side of our 3 story house(securing it well all the way up). Cannot recommend him and Inspectics highly enough.

Moved to Decatur from Miami. We had Inspectics install a radon system in our new home. After installation it didn’t seem to be working correctly. I called twice and spoke to an operator/ dispatcher. They assured me I would receive a call by the end of the day from a technician. Never received a call. Bought a radon tester and tested levels myself. Currently levels in the basement are well above CDC recommended levels. I’ll try calling them one more time; but will probably have to have another company come out.Update: Owner Fedor called this morning.
