I did turned my garage to a bedroom / two rooms few months ago. I didn’t notice no problem for awhile, but with the last few rains I noticed my carpet got wet from “no where”.I had a plumber to check it, but he said it mostly like be a foundation issue.I requested an inspection with CGS and they confirmed that the water was coming inside through the “walls/garage doors” and the best solution would be to install channel drain outside, in front of this rooms since we didn’t have actually a foundation wall in that point where they could install a system from inside.So, I did move forward with them and it really resolve the water intrusion problem, haven’t been...read full review

I just finished a project with CGS and I’m in love with their service.They’ve installed an interior waterproofing system in my basement, it was incredibly fast, professional and clean. It’s been over a month since they finished and besides all the rain we had these last days I didn’t have any infiltration inside my basement.I finally can use my basement without worry if after a storm I’ll have my furniture and itens wet and I’ll need to clean/dry the room.I’ve been dealing with this situation for a while, and it got worse as time passed until I decided to go forward with CGS. I’m so glad I’ve put my trust on the right company.

I needed to add a driveway to my house because I only had a gravel driveway. I did had a couple of companies to come and give me a quote , and CGS llc was one of the cheapest and not only that the whole process with them was super easy too they were able to get the job done really fast I didn’t have to wait a lot and everything was super nice. Totally recommend this company because of time frame and just the price.
