The people at Custom Flooring are WONDERFUL! When the installation team arrived (on time, exactly as promised) they quickly realized that our 50+ year old house presented problems for the flooring we originally chose. They explained the issues clearly and thoroughly, and gave us several options to explore, including pros and cons of each. I spent about 6 months researching floor installations to make sure I was getting the best quality and service for my money. I kept coming back to Home Depot and worked with the same sales associate who was amazing.The contractors were one of my main concerns as not all of the reviews are pleasant. After my research and working with the sales associate at Home Depot, I decided to go ahead and have my own experience. After receiving the carpet from Home Depot, Custom Flooring Install were prompt to send out installers. Claudio and his crew were phenomenal. If you get them then you've definitely lucked out.They did my entire install with great care and quality. It was a great experience and I'd be more than willing to use Custom Flooring Install again, if I ever need any more work done!
