Seth came from Active, called prior to arrival to say on his way. He presented us at the door with a business card and explained what he would be doing while outside. We are older folks and found him very considerate. We invited him in. He went into details as to what he was going to do and what we should expect. He spoke in a language that we could understand. We just moved to Georgia. We completely understood everything. He was very detail oriented and took his time. He was so kind and not once did he push us into anything. He never spoke poorly of other companies we had contacted. He was so friendly yet professional. In the end Active is the best. I read poor reviews but I can only say if I could give more than 10 stars I would. I highly recommend them. Seth was well educated in the his field and a true gentleman.“
