Great Service. The technician was very professional and answered all my questions. He didn't seem rushed or unconcerned with regard to my questions and seem to take an interest. Customer Service reps are also nice, professional, and friendly. Overall 5-Star service. Will highly recommend.
Great communication, super friendly and respectful, and knowledgeable! Our tech goes above and beyond each time and even went into my attic when I told him a roach fell through my air vent (which was the whole reason I called Northwest Exterminating). Since my home has been treated, I haven’t had any creepy crawlers in my home!
Technicians are informative, friendly, courteous, and almost always on time. Pricing is reasonable and the products; I have termite bond and pest control, have so far performed as expected.Service: General pest inspection
