I like lots of explanations and he obliged by giving me clear explanations for what he was doing, and expectations of what was to come from the company. They are well organized and thorough. Although the house looked a bit scary, that was expected considering the damage from the water from my toilet. The crew that came in, Heather, Chris, Edgar and Douglas were professional and worked hard to get the mitigation done in 2 days. Very impressed.
