“At my age, medical care is of utmost importance. Equally so, the level of professional care and a genuine concern by the doctor makes it a worry and stress free experience. I’m very satisfied with my visits / appointments at Jen Care Medical Center. Information provided by the doctor is always clear and very helpful. It removes my worries. Dr. Rafique is a doctor who shows genuine empathy and concern about his patients and is easy to talk with. He never appears to be rushed and inconsiderate. My questions and concerns are answered in layman’s terms, which makes it easier to implement. All of the staff I encountered are friendly and professional. I feel very comfortable at Jen Care. The atmosphere is relaxing and calming. I feel very comfortable being in the presence of my peers at this time of my life. Since this is a senior care center, the dignity of the conversations and level of manners add to my peace of mind.“

“I have been going to this location for several weeks and find them to be a great place to visit and get my exercises. Jennifer at the front desk does a wonderful job welcoming everyone when they show up and takes care of the billing and scheduling in a timely and professional manner. My Instructor has been Apollo and I find him to be an excellent Physical Therapist! He is able to customize my exercises based on my diagnosis and works with me in a patient and understanding manner. He is a quiet person who takes the times to explain the benefits of my exercises; encourages me to be consistent in doing them at home; shows me how to do it; and answers my questions to my satisfaction. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the help I receive at this location and would recommend them to anyone.“
