I’m very satisfied with my visits / appointments at Jen Care Medical Center. Information provided by the doctor is always clear and very helpful. It removes my worries. Dr. Rafique is a doctor who shows genuine empathy and concern about his patients and is easy to talk with. He never appears to be rushed and inconsiderate. My questions and concerns are answered in layman’s terms, which makes it easier to implement. All of the staff I encountered are friendly and professional. I feel very comfortable at Jen Care. The atmosphere is relaxing and calming. I feel very comfortable being in the presence of my peers at this time of my life. Since this is a senior care center, the dignity of the conversations and level of manners add to my peace of mind.“

We had a great experience with Aja; she helped us navigate getting medical forms completed and prescriptions refilled. It was obvious that she really cares and she took the time to speak with my family member about the importance of partnering with her medical team, following through with future appointment, and taking responsibility for her health. Highly recommend - especially for patients on a fixed income or without insurance coverage due to excellent sliding scale fees.“
