“I began using Phelps Heating and Air when I live in Oxford. I had a system that was only about 2 years old and it had died. Phelps was prompt, professional and fairly priced. I had them put in a new unit and signed up for the service contract. I never had another problem with the HV/AC in that house. I sold that property but the Phelps team still contacted me for the spring maintenance. I let them know I no longer owned that home but I would use them when I purchase another. A few years later, I had moved to the Monroe area and decided to purchase another house. I set up the maintenance agreement immediately after moving in. Jason met with me to go over my options and answer my questions. I decided to replace the full system. He had a team at my house the before Christmas to put in the heat system and scheduled a time shortly after Christmas to finish the job. I cannot say enough good things about this company. You will have a company you can trust to do a good job promptly!“
