We have employed Phelps Heating & Air the entire time we have lived in Monroe, Georgia (16 years!!!). Michael is the Phelps service technician we request for EVERY service. He is courteous, friendly, professional and, above all, extremely competent. Michael is the only technician we want to come to our home. My air quit blowing one evening, I called for repair first thing the next day. I was expecting it would be a day or two before someone could come, but the lady who answered the phone said the tech would call later today. Michael called just before lunch, came and diagnosed and made the needed repair in short order. Great experience overall. Michael was professional, proficient and even made his way thru all of the joro spider webs with no hesitation. Repair was very reasonably priced.
