“We purchased a new home this spring there had been birds in the attic and once the weather warmed we discovered an infestation of carpenter bees and wasp and a host of other bugs. I called John out for a quote to help with the bees and wasp as we were not able to enjoy our new porch and asked him to check on the bird situation and quote for an excursion system. John is extremely fair and honest! He checked the attic for bird activity and noted that they were there, but the problem had been addressed with the new roof and told me we did not need an excursion system. He quoted me on the removal of the carpenter bees nesting in our porch and deck and for regular quarterly service. His quotes are extremely fair and the job they do is the most thorough I've seen! They spent approx 4.5 hours going through every crevice of our home inside and out from the attic down to the basement and even the garage! His products do not leave a bad chemical smell in your home and John stands behind his work. He told me he would be back in a week to check the situation with the carpenter bees, he showed up as promised noticed some new activity and filled in the new holes. I have not seen activity since!“
