We purchased a new home this spring there had been birds in the attic and once the weather warmed we discovered an infestation of carpenter bees and wasp and a host of other bugs. I called John out for a quote to help with the bees and wasp as we were not able to enjoy our new porch and asked him to check on the bird situation and quote for an excursion system. John is extremely fair and honest! He checked the attic for bird activity and noted that they were there, but the problem had been addressed with the new roof and told me we did not need an excursion system. About 18 years ago, we resodded our entire lawn and it was beautiful and thick. We hired another company and over time our lawn ended up patchy, weedy and general thinned out. I would occasionally witness the lawn company worker jogging through the lawn while he fertilized it. Always seemed to be in a huge hurry and done in under 10 minutes. After numerous complaints and our yard still looking bad, we switched to Focus Pest Management. I have haven't see my yard looking this lush, thick and green since the day we resodded. I had bats in my attic. Left a message yesterday, got a call first thing this morning, John came out today and no more bats! He showed up well within the 2 hour timeframe I was given, and did a great job! I highly recommend Focus, and will use them again in the future.
