They do their absolute best to make sure your dog feels safe and they go above and beyond when it comes to safety for everyone involved. All staff members are kind, compassionate, and professional. The front desk service was amazing, they were so kind and helpful.
We welcomed a new puppy into our family for Christmas and wanted to find a clinic to help us take great care of our new baby. The wait was a little long (no one was there except one other patient). The person that would've made this review 5-Stars is the tech name Elizabeth. She was very welcoming and treated our baby with lots of love (you can tell she loves animals). She didn't make us feel like she was nickel and diming us to death (puppy shots can get expensive with unnecessary recommendations). I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of Eagles Landing Vet. Our golden retriever (Angel) had a wellness visit today. The veterinary technician, Elizabeth, did an amazing job of connecting with Angel, while still explaining to me the different options for her care. She was very personable and kind, and was well-informed on what our dog needed. This is a very good place to take your pet.
We unexpectedly received a kitten and were able to get a same-day appointment and vaccinations, which I really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and patient with our fur baby. The only downside was not being informed of their carrier policy when scheduling.
Overall, a great experience and I would recommend them!
