This Veterinarian is at the top of the class! Years ago, we took our cat who had lost tremendous weight. We thought she was done but HCVH diagnosed her illness and years later, she is healthy and sassy. They have been treating our Doberman with a thyroid imbalance. What’s more, recently she developed a large fluid mass in one ear. The diagnosis was correct yet again and after treatment with medicine, the fluid is 90% gone as of this review. In both cases, no surgery was needed.I hate that my review may make my wait longer because of new clients who read this, but this Veterinarian deserves the review. We loved our first visit! The reviews did not disappoint. Everything was explained to us, prior to touching our new puppy. We weren't hit with any surprise fees. I think the assistant, Kelsey, was so sweet & patient. We will definitely be going back as a regular patient. We will also recommend this place to others.???

This vet has such a caring heart. My dog went there for the first time in 2005. He was put to sleep yesterday, he was over 18 years old. Dr. West and the entire staff was so compassionate to us. I would never have taken my dog anywhere else! My son also uses them for all his animals. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
