“We called six months ago to see about getting our carpets cleaned and not only did he answer late at night (we thought it would be a voicemail) but the interaction we had with Burt was so pleasant. Since we had only been in our apartment a few months we decided to wait and he gave us some helpful tips to take care of pet messes in the meantime. Well that left a lasting impression on us that when it came time to get them cleaned last week, we called them up! Burt came out last Thursday and did a fantastic job with our dingy carpets. He was so personable, kind, and knowledgeable about what work needed to be done and explained what he was doing. He even gave me some fantastic tips for hiking local areas and where to mine for gems when he saw we collected crystals that we can’t wait to try out. He was in and out in no time and we are thoroughly impressed with the work he did. If you are like me and need to read a million reviews before deciding on something, look no further! “Johnny was available on very short notice - I called on a Friday and since we urgently needed a small section of our carpet treated he was able to come the next day (we adopted a new adult cat and our other cat was NOT a fan). He was professional, offered great advice on treating spots in the future, and was very kind. The house smelled instantly more fresh and the carpets LOOKED great. It’s only been a few hours since the problem area was treated, so our fingers are crossed that the pet smells also fully disappears so we can prevent future accidents. “Had my carpets cleaned today with Magic and the carpets looks amazing. Customer service was awesome and was on time. If you need carpets cleaned etc. give them a call locally owned and reasonable prices.“

“If your carpet is soiled and needs a good cleaning, I would probably search another company. I had a little almost invisible stain in one area that should have easily been removed, as it was just some food recently spilled there. The stain is still there, the cleaning didn't change anything.I needed a carpet cleaned for a move-out. So basically, I just needed a proof of receipt, and my carpet was not dirty at all. Gentlemen came on time and finished within half an hour. Very friendly, polite and efficient. I paid $90 for their service (I had 4 rooms and a small corridor) plus 15% tip. My rating is based on what I needed this time and what I got. In reality I didn't even need to clean my carpets, so I can only judge the quality of the service based on that one spot that was not removed.“
