I feel the need to update my review, I might have unfairly blamed a sales associate for things beyond his control. The new system they have creates so many problems for customers and it is very frustrating when orders are not only duplicated but sent to wrong locations as well. Although my experience with logistics and ordering parts has been pretty bad this year, Ashley Z. has always provided great customer service and puts in the extra effort to help solve all the problems caused by the new system. He is a 5 star employee and I look forward to when Mingledorff's is a 5 star vendor again.

It's 8pm on a Friday evening and we get an emergency no heat call. Turns out client needed a new furnace and I called Mingledorfs after hour number expected to get a voice-mail or maybe a returned call back but, instead Shawn picks up after second ring and was at the warehouse within the hour pulling equipment for me I was in and out. Couple hours later I had a happy client with heat up and running and Mingledorfs has us as client for life.I just love this company! As a rapidly growing business it's important to partner up with a supplier/distributor who values you and is in your corner. Thank you Shawn and thank you Mingledorfs!

Shawn who works the counter really helped out a lot on a Saturday so I could get a control board after hours. Temps were headed to below freezing that night and the customer didn’t have to go without heat!
