My hardwired thermostat suddenly stopped working leaving my home without heating or a/c. E. Smith was able to quickly come out, check my system (while I was at the office), find the issue, and resolve it. Not only that but I felt so impressed by the tech (e.g. friendly, knowledgable, and didn't try to upsell me or add on services I didn't need) that I went ahead and signed up for their bi-annual maintenance plan.

We have a yearly service contract with E.Smith. It is wonderful because they take the worry out of maintenance. They let me know when to set up an appointment for service. The employees are professional, and knowledgeable. I have the highest respect for E.Smith and recommend their products and service!
