I had a pleasant experience with this office. From the check in to my dismissal, everyone was accommodating and polite. The receptionist was helpful while I was checking in on the computer, the technician & assistant that were doing my eye measurements were patient & helpful. My time with the doctor was informative & reassuring, unlike I've felt at other offices. The finance assistant was very clear in explaining the breakdown of charges for my future surgery. I am very satisfied & appreciate everyone that I encountered during this visit.

Upon arriving at the West Cobb office, I was greeted by the receptionist (Tiasia) with a positive and uplifting attitude. As my visit with the doctor (Dr. Nicks) and her staff, everything for me, my wife and daughter went very well. All of our needs was taken care of in a very professional manner. We will continue our care with this clinic and will refer anyone looking for great eye care to this office.
