From time to time I get stuck on a job (I know I know…even us master mechanics get stumped from time to time; it’s true) and need to seek out the wisdom and advice from experts in their field. Well I happen to get stuck on a C5 Corvette I have at my shop and needed advice. “Just had some work done and it was a solid experience, top to bottom. The scheduler was receptive and helpful. I called right before closing on a Friday, they still answered and were able to get me booked for the next morning. The technician, Cairo, arrived on time, was pleasant to work with, cordial, and knowledgeable about the work being done. The work was completed with no up-sells or attempts to be sneaky about pricing. Pricing itself was fair, especially since it's an on site mechanic that came to me.
