“I am very grateful when ship owners take the time to help out smaller shops like my own. From time to time I get stuck on a job (I know I know…even us master mechanics get stumped from time to time; it’s true) and need to seek out the wisdom and advice from experts in their field. Well I happen to get stuck on a C5 Corvette I have at my shop and needed advice. Not only was the gentleman on the phone very nice and courteous but he took the time to speak to me like I was worth his time. That meant the world to me.
