Charles did a great job battling with our shower valve replacement. It was not easy getting through to the valve but he kept at it and got the job done way quicker than I thought was possible. Covenant does a great job and Charles is an example of their quality techs.
Had a good experience with Covenant Plumbing. Appointment was easy to schedule and Joey Lambert did a great job. He was knowledgeable and efficient and answered all my questions. Job was completed in timely manner, and Joey did a thorough cleanup. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the cost, not the quality. Will call Covenant again.
Covenant Plumbing LLC , is great. I called on Wednesday July 2, 2025, the company was able to schedule a plumber to come out on July 3, 2025. The company also worked with me on the time as I was running late. The plumber Joe was professional and courteous especially when I provide him a list of things that needed to be taken care of. Joe answered all my questions regarding what was done and the price was very decent. Any other company would have been more expensive but Covenant Plumbing LLC, understands the needs of the customers.
