On Christmas Eve, we had a pipe burst, flooding the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We had another restoration company conduct our water mitigation and planned on working with them on the restoration. However, the other company's project manager was combative with my husband and walked away from the job. That's when we called PDR. Matthew Reasoner was our assigned PDR project manager. From the first meeting, we felt at ease with the process. We informed him we'd like to be done by a certain date due to an upcoming medical procedure and he assured us he'd do everything to meet that!
