“Shampooing is something that I've always thought was an ordinary task. That was until my hair was Shampooed by Madysin at the Genesis salon. The water was set to the perfect temperature, a towel was placed just in the perfect place for my neck to rest, and she even recline the seat for me. She lathered my head with my preferred shampoo product and gently kneaded through my hair while making friendly small talk. The finished product was remarkable. She talked to me about my hair type and recommended some brushes and products, but not in a pushy way. Turns out, my hair didn't need the deep condition because I had one a couple of months ago. She informed me instead of doing it anyway and charging me. This is my favorite salon. Caprice is so sweet and good at what she does. I like having someone who understands my hair.
