“My husband, 6 year old son, and I have been going to Julie at New U for over a year now. Julie is very nice and does the best job on haircuts. She’s very meticulous and doesn’t rush. I had her do highlights for me recently and I was very happy with the results. Her prices are very reasonable and she does exactly what you ask for. She accepts walk-ins, but we always make an appointment (which I would recommend). We will continue going to Julie at New U for our haircuts (and my coloring). “I did a walk in without an appointment and Mr. Redd Howard was kind enough to help me to a great beard trim. Now, I manage and trim my own beard, but every once in a while, I’ll dig in to deep with the clippers, cut my lines too low or too high, mess up stuff here and there, which when I get pent up with frustration, I’ll go in to George’s salon and let them reset my lines and fix my mess ups. On this particular visit, I got Mr. Redd to trim my beard. He gave me a listening ear, I told him specifically what I desired for my looks, and the man pulled it off flawlessly. It’s been so good and relieving to look in the mirror and literally look at the beard I desired without any mess ups. THANK YOU MR. REDD!!“

Used to go to the one in Flowery Branch where Amber was until it closed, I followed her and Jeannie to Hamilton Mill, even though it's 16 miles away. Both are talented, professional and personable as is the rest of the staff.“
