To the owner:I am your regular customer and visits almost every month for haircut. I love your salon but:I usually use gift card for haircut, please train your employees (especially new employees) on how to correctly charge gift card amounts. It happened with me twice that either I got charged double for one haircut (Lady who charged me didn't tell me until I checked receipt) or I was asked to pay extra even I had balance on my card (happened today).I understand mistakes happen but please be transparent with your customers.Service: Haircut

Marie is the stylist I always ask for when I have my hair cut. I started out with very long hair and I have asked her to change the style several times. I show her a picture of the style I would like and she always nails it! I trust her so much I have been going shorter and shorter each visit. She is wonderful to work with!!!
