They were patient, answered my questions, and explained what they were doing. I was able to schedule my next appointment sooner than I expected as well. “Upon walking in you are greeted with a smile. Dr Lugus even took the time to introduce himself personally before it was our time to be seen. The waiting room is extremely inviting. There is a game room my son enjoyed although the game controllers were dead it still made him feel comforted to know they cater to children in this manner. Everything is set up amazingly to keep the children at ease and the staff is amazing. I will Def recommend and wish we would've found them much sooner.“

Even after the recent ownership change ( it's still privately owned) when the insurance companies were screwing everything up, Riverside Family still honored their in-network pricing. They are probably losing money in the process but they respect their customers that much. Thanks again!!“
