Great crew! I had an emergency that I was turned away at another dental office because they said that due to my insurance company being closed for the holiday they couldn’t verify my information. After traveling 45 minutes to get there I was told that. So, my wife got on the phone and made some calls around and she was able to get in touch with Bright smiled in Lawrencville and they were able to help me even though it was last minute. The entire office and crew was very polite, professional, and friendly. I would recommend them.
Today, Dec 15th 2023 I had an unforgettable SUPERFANTASTIC experience on my first appointment at the BRIGHT SMILES DENTAL OFFICE. They are more than AWSOME in every area of their work!!!! KIND, FRIENDLY AND EXPERTISE BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.
Office staff was very helpful in navigating some unexpected expensive work. They were supportive and helpful in finding financing and creating a plan to fit my needs. Dentist was great at explaining what needed to be completed and the best plan to complete.
