“My GE refrigerator was making strange noises and freezing my meat rack. I call this company late at night. Surprisingly, a human picked up right away. She was professional and precise. She explained the cost and set me up for a visit the next morning. A young men (Alex I believe) arrived within the promised window, defrosted the fridge, clean up the cols in the back, removed the faulty motor, cleaned it, said that the motor needed to be changed and told me the cost. I agreed. He put it all back in place. It was less noisy. So, he asked me whether I still wanted it to be replaced. I said yes. He ordered the part, came the next morning. Installed it. Works fine now. The price was reasonable.It was a good experience. I wish that other companies had that same human touch and efficacy.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair“
