“The technician was great, but your call center customer service was terrible. A part was needed for my repair, tech said would come direct in just a couple of days. Re-appointment made for 8 business days later to finish repair. I call the call center the Wed before our appt, they say the part has not shipped and they will expedite. Then I call the Friday before, I get the exact same answer, has not shipped, they will expedite. The part shows up the next day, I call to tell them it is here but before I can, I get an automated message telling me my part has not shipped yet....what a mess.“

“By far on the best companies I have used. Todd is as genuine and honest as they come. I installed 2 new thermostats and some how managed to mix the wires up. He tried to talk it through with me on the phone to no avail. He came right out and found the issue, which happened to be a mix up of wires at the air handler. I could not have fixed it. But he did, and shared his knowledge of his craft. I will definitely use his company in the future, with out question.“
