“This was the 4th time I have used Fair Trade Plumbing & Septic, from pipes that burst after freezing to pumping my septic tank and anything in between. I wish I could give them 10 stars. All the guys are so friendly and down to earth. They do a great job and always clean up afterwards. I have an old farmhouse (130 years old) and they never waver on fixing what I need even though it requires a lot of extra work sometimes. More than fair pricing in my book. “As the weather here in Ga has been crazy over the past few days I had a busted water pipe. Not having dealt with this company before and unsure of what to expect I had a great service rep who looked at what I had going on and gave me quite a few options to help me get my problem fixed and back to having water again. As any service rep they are to look to make money for the company (as it should be so they can stay in business) but my service rep, David Pike, not only was looking after the company but also looked after helping the customer (me) get the best possible solution to get me up and going again. “I was referred to HBP from AO Smith (my water heater manufacturer).Amanda was very helpful in setting up a service call for me and Aaron came to the rescue! After being advised by 2 other plumbing services just to replace the whole unit, Aaron was able to replace 2 parts for me and with the service charge included; the bill was right around $500. Aaron even made a quick trip back to my house to clear the pipe on the kitchen sink as a piece of sediment got in there during the repair and water was not coming out.
