“Teo installed new sod in our backyard after the sod we had installed last year failed to thrive. He advised us on the best type for our situation. He was very knowledgeable, answered all questions and gave suggestions. The workers arrived early and got the property ready for the sod. They were polite and efficient. I did mention to Teo that I was a bit concerned about a few areas that looked more muddy than grassy. He returned the next day-a Sunday- and replaced those areas. “The guys at Shelby Constructions are truly the 'Jack of all Trades' They were able to rebuild my deck and add stairs, it looks phenomenal. All other contractors that I called tried to convince me to totally revamp my deck stating that the 'old posts'; were unusable. Not only did the guys at Shelby Construction refute those claims, they suggested that I keep 100% of the original deck and pressure wash it in order to save money. I really appreciated the honesty. They also repaired my water damaged basement as well as added a beautiful set of curved concrete steps to a steep hill leading into my backyard. They added gutters to the side of my home and repaired my leaning front stairs which are now sturdy and look brand new. One of the contractors noticed that my A/C was collecting water near the foundation of my home and buried PVC pipes underground leading away from the home. This was all done for about the price of the estimates just to rebuild my deck from other vendors. If you want honest, hardworking, and inexpensive contractors, then I would highly recommend Small Jobs by Shelby Construction.Services: General construction“
