“ONE major thing you have to know about this place. The address on Yelp is not its physical location, but the location of the mailbox the owner keeps. The owner for whatever reason doesn't want to know the location of the studio to the public except to clients. Basically, read the text message she sends, and it should be in Virginia-Highlands area. If you are going near Trader Joe's, you are in the wrong location. HOWEVER... I am giving 5 stars despite that inconvenience because of how amazing the massage experience is. I have been getting massages since I was a teen and Krista is probably the 2nd best massage I have ever received period. As someone who does a lot of sports stuff, I need regular massages monthly, and Krista just gave a magical healing experience.“

“Amazing studio! I went for the first time and would definitely go back and get a package of classes. It’s super easy to sign up on their website and you check in on arrival. It’s a small studio so you can’t go in until your class time but there’s tons of nearby parking so you can wait in your car or outside if it’s pleasant. The instructor was great and helped with modifications as needed. All in all phenomenal experience“

She took us on a tour of his beautiful hidden gem and you could genuinely feel the warmth and spiritual wellness that embodied the spa. “Dr. Henry has been super helpful for both me and my teenage son. She actively listens to our concerns and thoughtfully makes recommendations to fit our lifestyles.
