The man on the phone was very helpful in helping me to understand how much I needed to order and what to expect with the delivery. The driver was polite and professional. I have lived in this area a little over 3 years and have tried several salons and stylists, Transformation Hair Salon is by far the best that I have been to. Trina is the best stylist especially with Natural hair. The shop is beautiful and peaceful. Trina explains what products she is using on your hair and why, my hair has never been this healthy. I highly recommend Transformation Hair Salon.

This place was highly recommended to us by so many, decided to try it out for our two year old since we had been looking for a local barber who took little ones. Our son had never sat so still before for a haircut. The barber (I think his name was mike: was great!) took his time and made our son feel so comfortable. His hair looks absolutely awesome and we will most certainly be back!
Professional, friendly staff! Took my 16 year old son to get his hair cut here on 3/2. Staff was prompt to greet us, wait was about 40 minutes for a walk-in on a Saturday, they did advise us of this. The barber that cut my sons hair was kind, professional, and made sure to listen to everything he wanted done. We will return!

My husband and I went today for a pedicure. And I must say this is by far the best experience we've had in a long time. I was at a point where I would dread pedicures from other establishments. But not this one, they took their time, without hurting our feet. Did an extremely neat job, while having us out within an hour. Great establishments, my new salon!!
My first experience was not that good! The skills of the techs are not equal across the board. When I reported the cuticles were not cut and it looked as though I needed a refill when I left the shop. The owner was kind and worked around my work schedule to fix the issue. I chose a different tech to fix the issue. Steven is my go to from now on. If he is not working, I will not be getting my nails done that day. The owner thanked me for allowing them to fix the issue. I will continue to visit this shop. It was not free but half off!
I moved to Augusta several months ago and found Posh online. I’ve had only great experiences and their craftsmanship is exemplary. I’ve never had a complaint. Staff is courteous and skilled and I always enjoy my time here.

I wish pictures could make these nails justice. They are so beautiful and sparkly. My technician Alex was SUPERB. Made sure I was comfortable and happy and had wonderful artistry. I also got a pedicure and the technician dealing with my feet was amazing too. Last but not least I had my brows done and the lady was amazing as well. An all around incredible experience.
Having lived in the area for a few years, I've been on the hunt for someone to maintain my locs in a therapeutic manner, and I finally found just that today. The care and concern shown by Thyese and the owner were genuine and heartfelt. Their professionalism was top-notch, and I couldn't help but admire the tasteful decor and color scheme of the salon. The Drain Surgeon has been to my home several times over the past few years. I would never call anyone else! I've had plumbing backing up into my tub and toilet, and they showed up immediately to fix my pipes. At the time I had a newborn and it was imperative that I have a working bathtub to bathe my baby. They replaced our water heater, installed my mud sink, you name it, they've done it! Thank you for excellent and speedy service!!!!

Steve is the only person I allow to clean any carpets or upholstery of mine going on 4 years. By far the absolute best and he really takes pride in what he does. He really goes above and beyond. Thank you Steve for always making everything you touch look brand new.
Had my carpets cleaned today with Magic and the carpets looks amazing. Customer service was awesome and was on time. If you need carpets cleaned etc. give them a call locally owned and reasonable prices.

wow I got smile I liked ine other re view patience follow direction I'm a 2010 stroke survivor with my left side oaralised it seemed it wasnt going to work for me after many tries I was frustrated to give up but I went back and re did it for the 20th time held it in place for 2 minutes looking un mirror to get it where I want edit very gently took it out I placed it in a bowl of cold water I did this as ll with just one hand my wife helped to now my imako fits in and out like a glove covers my missing tooth really good iv got my smile back my final word works as advertised worth the money be patient work with it till you get it right and it's a big reward for tour smile bow it's your turn enjoy.
