Absolutely professional! I contacted Keith and told him what I was looking for. He responded immediately and told me to drop by Friday. I arrived at 1pm and had the intention to just discuss the work and maybe schedule it later. An artist happen to be available and offered to go ahead and take care of me. I was in and out in less than an hour. The artist Joe far exceeded my expectations and vision. The price was super reasonable. The entire establishment is immaculate and their focus on hygiene is evident. I will be back and cannot recommend this shop enough!

We came in for a Friday the 13th special on a whim. Brandon, the front desk guy, was organized and efficient with getting people where they were supposed to be. We spoke to Keith, the owner, briefly as he was busy tattooing. Nice staff, clean place.
