K9 and John is the only one that responded to my request for replacing my 30 year old deck. All the other guys have yet to respond to my request. John looked at my old deck and advise the best solution for replacing. He said my deck was very well constructed.
John was very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend K9 Roofing.

“After getting quotes from several companies, I chose MDJ. They weren't the cheapest quote, nor the most expensive. I chose MDJ because Michael is a straight talking man. What he said would be done happened as he said it would. The crew did the roof quickly and replaced decking as needed, installed new drip edging, and swapped out outdated vents for a ridge vent. “Having Westbrook install a new roof on my home was surprisingly stress free, Todd Chalfant the owner came out and walked us step by step through the process.A new shingle roof should never be installed over the old shingle meaning the old shingle had to be torn off , ugh!! Westbrook went through Great lengths to protect my landscaping, tarps completely surrounded my Home, items that needed to be removed for protection were moved or covered. The clean up was spotless and very meticulous, it was apparent the crew Westbrook used has worked with him a long time as everything was organized. Todd the owner was constantly on the roof to detect anything that could potentially be a problem, rotten decking, adequate fasteners from original construction etc. There were a couple problem areas that he corrected and did not try and “upcharge” me. Everything was done as previously discussed and written in our contract and a few additional to boot! They were there on time, worked very hard, they do not work fast but they are continuous and steady! I liked having my roof replaced with no hidden fees, done on time with top of the line quality by a contractor that is fully insured! “These guys did a roof for me over ten years ago which is still in super shape. Now I had them paint the exterior of my home. They were fast and thorough - including some areas of siding that needed fixing and all those darn carpenter bee holes. Always reliable, but the best part is....near the end of the the job after the painting was mostly finished, I saw one of the workers climbing up a ladder with a board. It was in an area on my roof were a front gable falls into the roof line. Pretty much unseen. Well, there was bad wood there and I think most painters would have left it knowing I would never see it. Nope, they found it on their own and repaired it and painted it good as new. That is honest work for you!“

“I ask Hydro tight to fix a leak in our rear roof of the house. They came right out in a couple of days and put on new tarpaper. It rained the next day and the roof leaked the same as it did before. Hydro tight came out that same day and cover the roof with tarp . They then realized that the structure underneath the roof was old and needed to be replaced. They came out the next week and replaced the bad wood underneath the roof for a nominal fee and we have not had a problem since.“
