Let me first say that this was an excellent experience from start to finish. I first called Advanced Roofing &Remodeling after a heavy overnight storm. I woke up the morning after to find my bay window floor area covered with water, along with water dripping from the ceiling around my bay area window. I called multiple companies and from the start Kornell (The person who comes to do your estimate) was responsive and said I’ll be there in two hours.For me, that was big, because the gist of 3 other companies' responses was “We’re busy so I’ll see if I can get to you later this week”. Worked with them to get a quote and they worked with my insurance. They were easy to work with and did great work. Showed up on time, were extremely professionally, and did a fantastic job. My roof looks great and best of all no longer leaks. If it sounds like i'm gushing, it's because I am. They took what could have been a miserable experience of replacing a roof and turned it into a pleasant easy to navigate experience. I will use again and would recommend with no hesitation.
