“Randy was suggested to us by our tile contractor Cain Curtis after he discovered electrical issues in our kitchen while prepping for the tile work. We were out of town but Randy was able to come over that day (on a Saturday) and diagnose the issue. He was able to explain what was going on over the phone that day but wasn't able to complete the work until the following week. We were scheduled for a 9:30a time slot the next week. He was working another job that morning and texted to let us know he was running behind BEFORE 9:30! Thank you Randy! When he arrived he was courteous and professional and explained everything again. It took him about an hour to fix the issue and now our kitchen backsplash is ready to be tiled! Randy was super easy to work with and I will be calling him back for other issues around the house. “I called these guys out based on a response from another plumber. I had my septic tank pumped out earlier by a group I was very unhappy with. I will not leave their name here, but I was extremely disappointed. When that previous company came out, they cut through my sprinkler system, destroying one of the multi zone valves, including the wiring, the plumbing and everything. As part of it, they claim to fix my issue, and even though I had to ask the guy at the time about my shredder/extraction pump he stated don't mess with it. It will just cause you more issues. Fast forward two months later and I had brown water bubbling up out of the ground. So, I called this group. Stacy came out and quickly identified the issue, and as he uncovered each of my tanks, he showed me very clearly what was wrong. One of the first times one of these guys have spent the time to show me and educate me on exactly what was wrong and why. They worked through the weekend to get me back up and going so that my house did not flood and back up with gross brown water. Additionally, they provided me with good information on maintaining the system. They are not the cheapest by any means, but I am very happy with the work. Additionally, they were very responsive, very professional, and easy to work with.“

“It was a Saturday when my front yard hose bib broke and I ended up calling a well-known (advertises on the radio) plumbing company that was able to come out within two hours. Apart from the emergency service fee (which I was fine with) the cost to replace the bib I thought was too high and this company would not do frost free. I spent the next few weeks reaching out to a number of plumbing companies who all quoted a little less (going by the pictures I sent). And then I called Pam. We must have spent a half hour talking about the hose bib and all things plumbing. I talked to her about the other items I also needed to have looked at and she provided options. Due to the stormy weather, we kept an appointment date flexible. When we settled on a date/time her team of Robbie & Katie came when she said they would. I also agreed to have them replace the pvc parts with copper. It was a suggestion she made and personally I prefer metals over plastic. Robbie & Katie worked great as a team and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Once the bib had been replaced Robbie also looked into a low water pressure situation in one of our bathrooms. He spent more time trying to find a cause than other plumbers who had been called in specifically for that issue. Pam the Plumber is fairly priced and truly cares about doing a great job. Hopefully I won’t need her services too often in the future, but she will most certainly be my only call.“
