“Randy was suggested to us by our tile contractor Cain Curtis after he discovered electrical issues in our kitchen while prepping for the tile work. We were out of town but Randy was able to come over that day (on a Saturday) and diagnose the issue. “Called yesterday because I had an amateur try to take the tub spout off and twisted the copper pipe off inside the wall. Mike Stone tried to get someone out the same day but they were tied up and that’s ok. One of his guys came first thing in the morning and fixed it rather quickly even after cutting into the sheet rock. He left the bathroom clean as if he was never there. “It was a Saturday when my front yard hose bib broke and I ended up calling a well-known (advertises on the radio) plumbing company that was able to come out within two hours. Apart from the emergency service fee (which I was fine with) the cost to replace the bib I thought was too high and this company would not do frost free. I spent the next few weeks reaching out to a number of plumbing companies who all quoted a little less (going by the pictures I sent). And then I called Pam. We must have spent a half hour talking about the hose bib and all things plumbing. I talked to her about the other items I also needed to have looked at and she provided options. Due to the stormy weather, we kept an appointment date flexible. When we settled on a date/time her team of Robbie & Katie came when she said they would. I also agreed to have them replace the pvc parts with copper. It was a suggestion she made and personally I prefer metals over plastic. Robbie & Katie worked great as a team and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Once the bib had been replaced Robbie also looked into a low water pressure situation in one of our bathrooms. He spent more time trying to find a cause than other plumbers who had been called in specifically for that issue. Pam the Plumber is fairly priced and truly cares about doing a great job. Hopefully I won’t need her services too often in the future, but she will most certainly be my only call.“

“I was referred to HBP from AO Smith (my water heater manufacturer).Amanda was very helpful in setting up a service call for me and Aaron came to the rescue! After being advised by 2 other plumbing services just to replace the whole unit, Aaron was able to replace 2 parts for me and with the service charge included; the bill was right around $500. Aaron even made a quick trip back to my house to clear the pipe on the kitchen sink as a piece of sediment got in there during the repair and water was not coming out. I am making sure to keep their contact info for future issues. Thank you Aaron!“
