“I tried to work with 3 other construction companies before finding this one! DJD Construction kept rescheduling. Some guy named Campos gave an estimate and wouldn’t respond to schedule the beginning of the project. I was about ready to give up.I sent Hawk Construction an email and got a response within 24 hrs. The Senior Project Manager, Jerome, came by a couple of days after that and emailed me a comprehensive estimate 2 days later. We were able to get started the next week and it was such a pleasant experience. Jerome and Vincent were very responsive to emails, calls, and texts and the workers they used were always respectful of my home. Even though I added a few requests, they still finished 1.5 weeks before the project was scheduled to be complete. I was able to remodel my kitchen, finish my basement, and add a room in the basement in less than a month.I had a few do-it-yourself projects that I was trying to do at the same time, and Vincent would even give me some directions with those. It felt like they genuinely cared about my family and my home. I have some other things I’d like to do this year and I can’t imagine even getting another estimate from a different company. “The team at Georgia Basement Remodeling & Renovation gave me my dream kitchen. They provided A- Z service, are very professional and attentive to our needs. From appliances to flooring to tiles, and design to paint colors, everything you need for a kitchen renovation. “As stated by many others, Hawk Construction and Home Improvement, LLC did a FANTASTIC job remodeling my home. We had interior walls removed to provide a more open concept, added French doors, Master bathroom enlarged and remodeled, Master closet enlarged, Hall bath overhauled, All upated spaces repainted, and a huge 16x16 ft deck added to my backyard. Everything is beautiful!! The work was top quality and the workers were very respectful of my home. They cleaned up at the end of each day, leaving my family room to maneuver and carry on our daily activities. Most of all, Stan (a.k.a. Hawk) either came by or called daily to check progress and make adjustments as necessary. They also finished ALL Work in less than 30 days!!! His Company was worth every penny we paid them!! “We had Vincent (Jack) with Classic Design Home Repairs come out to repair and remodel our master bath due to a water leak. I was impressed from the start as he was on time to give us the quote. Once the repairs started, he was on time everyday. He was very professional even laying out paper on our hardwood floors and carpet in the bedroom as to not track dirt into the house. The work took about 3 weeks as it was a pretty big job. We are 100% satisfied with our whole experience dealing with this company. He was referred to us because of the awesome work he does. We have several more projects to do in our home and they will be our first call! “Harden is awesome! She is patient and informative. We had a third party radon short-term and long-term test in 2021. The short-term returned at 27.6 pCi/L and the long-term at 12.1 ± 1.6 pCi/L. These results are horrifying! After some research on mitigation specialists, I decided on Smart Space Atlanta. Within 48 hours after installation of the mitigation system, which was pretty much custom since I requested they conceal the system running it through my floors and ceiling versus outside alongside my house, my radon average was 0.3. Fast forward to two years later, I tested two separate areas of the basement with short-term test conducted by Alpha Energy Labs. The room furthest away from the mitigation system returned at Less than 0.9 pCi/L and the main area of the returned at less than 0.7 pCi/L. These are pretty amazing results! “We purchased a new construction home and the builder uses this company for kitchen cabinets, vanities, hardware, and countertops. It was hard at first to reach anyone but once we did we went on site to pick our granite. The staff was friendly and showed us options that was priced in our builder allowance. We found something we liked a lot. They did a great job with the installation of the kitchen cabinets, vanities, and granite. There was a issue with the power room granite it did not look ? similar to the backsplash nor the rest of the granite in the house. We did not notice the issue until a few months after the install. We reached out to our builder and the granite company contacted us. Unfortunately they no longer had in stock the granite we choose. We found something else and they made things right. I know that the previous reviews are not the greatest but our experience was good. Especially since they made things right for us. We really appreciate it!I forgot to add that after they installed the granite in our house they added a hole for us in the kitchen island for a dish detergent dispenser. It did not dawn on us that we wanted it until after the fact. They had no issue coming and cutting it out.“
