He responded immediately by phone but could not come out to fix it. He was the only person to return my call on a Saturday. He will be my first call every time we need water well services.

“Went to my basement to find my water heater had been leaking - soaked carpet, etc. Called a couple of plumbing companies. Felix (owner of Andes plumbing) not only provided a ballpark estimate over the phone (I sent him pics of the unit), his was the best price - by far. Showed up when he said he would (same day), did a great job, was very professional and easy to work with. 3 hours later the job was done to pefection.
